Green with Skype !!

LETS green with skype! Today's tutorial 3 is to create a new posters for a free source software.

i choose skype for my poster's theme.  

As many people might forget the Advantage of skype . Ya, skype connects everywhere, and it is free to connect with each other. But! do not forget that skype can even helps people on go green! 

A computer or an laptop is good enough for the people to start connecting with each other!

save cost, save time and even not polluting of travelling around they still can connect face-to-face.

This is the miracle of SKYPE~ :)

Lab test 1

Lab test 

this week, i am going to explain what we had done for the second tutorial. I went for my first lab test.

The test given is to remove the dirt of these 3 pictures.Too bad, lecturer was only allowing us to use paint to do the editing of these 3 photos.

this is the 1st picture i had to help for this guy to remove the "make up".

im using the color picker to pick up the color so that i can have the same color texture to blend with the original skin's texture. The tools that i used to refill the color into it is the brush and the airbrush. Airbrush brought the color into natural ways after using the brush to cover the dirt on the man's skin.

 For the Lady gaga's picture, im using the same way, which using the color picker to pick up the texture. for this picture, im using the different brushes to edit the photos. i am using the oil brush to cover up the tatto on gaga's arm.

This is the last picture that i needed to do editing. this picture is easier to do editing, i am using only brush to paint on the wall.

1. Briefly discuss the history and future of multimedia. How might multimedia be used to improve the lives of its users? How might it influence users in negative ways? What might be its shortcomings?


  Multimedia, is a digital integration of text, graphics, animation, audio, still images and motion video in a way that brings users no matter they are organizational or individual users to the high levels of control and interaction. According to the Wikipedia source, Multimedia has been created since year 1966 on July. This innovation brings out benefit for communication channel by using text, audio, telecommunication devices, video and animation.

  For the future multimedia, it is very important to different fields, for instance, multimedia can be applied into advertisements, art, education, entertainment, engineering, business, e-marketing, scientific research and more. For the new generations, they are used to be relied on technologies in their life. Most of the people reply on internet, therefore, there are more multimedia using for commercial purpose. For B2B ( business to business), and interoffice communications are often used and developed their creative services firms for advanced multimedia presentations beyond simple slide shows to sell ideas or liven-up training. A picture is worth a thousand words, which means that a simple and nice presentation can add on pictures and videos so that they can attract more attention from their listener.

  For the entertainment, multimedia represent a heavy used in the entertainment industry on developing special effects in movies and animations. Flash animation presentation is used to smooth the talk, multimedia light is used to make people in concert have light spirit, graphic illustration is used to help students more understanding about one particular subjects. multimedia brings a new big steps on movie. For example, people using multimedia to create animation movie for the new market.

  Multimedia can improve the lives of users in its application. The most significant one is improving the lifestyles today. Users can know the latest news that happening around the world without walking out from their home. It brings more entertainment to the user. For example, smart phone or Ipad, as known as PAT , "personal Assistant Tool". There are many multimedia applications are invented as part of functions of smart phone. Users can play online games, listening songs or visit Youtube, 3G calls, or even capturing photos by using smart phone. Besides that, smart phone will also provided GPS systems that help users not get lost when travelling in new places.

  In the other hand, multimedia might wrongly used by the users or they are easily to influence in negative ways. The most significant is the privacy of the user may violated. For example, facebook details maybe hacked by others for other purposes. Some people may use their mobile phone to record down their sexual intercourse process and uploaded on Youtube. Multimedia software such as Photoshop can edit the pictures in order to create different story from paparazzi.

   Moreover, when it comes about shortcomings, multimedia might be a misuse channel for some unmoral organizations. Fake news was made to mislead others based on 'edited picture' by using multimedia software or other multimedia resource. Besides that, it can be expansive. The reason is as i mentioned earlier, multimedia makes use of a wide range resource which can cost you a large amount to make a better multimedia.




3. Multimedia is shifting from being localized (contained on a CD-ROM) to being distributed (available on the World Wide Web). What are some of the implications of this? Who will have access to the presentation? How will you keep it secure? How will you distribute it?

   Multimedia provides a single point of accountability . It promotes rapid return on investment and low total cost of ownership. Besides that it can respond quickly to the ever-charging demands facing your sevices organizations.

   Not only for that, Organization or non-organization can manage and automate every aspect od their business all within a single solution. Now a days, all of the people around the world can access to multimedia therefore it is a very important communication channel between human now. But first of all they have to provide access tools like specific bandwidth, hardware and software for get better result. We can keep it secure with a access key or password, or some kind of software like anti spam or antivirus.


   By World Wide Web we can distribute multimedia very fast and cheap. For better distribute we can use different kind of advertising in all websites or use banner for introduce better our products.
